DELIVERY
In United Arab Emirates, PALEM parcels are shipped via QuiqUp.
The delivery is free beyond 800 AED of purchases, except for Express 4 hour Delivery.
Below, delivery costs apply:
- 27 AED for Express 4 hour Delivery (Dubai only)
- 22 AED for Same Day Delivery (Dubai only)
- 20 AED for Next Day Delivery
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item for an exchange or a refund, you have 14 days to do so for exchanges and 7 days for return from the receipt of your order.
The product must not have been worn and must be returned to us in good condition with its tags and in its original packaging at the following address:

Shipping costs are not refundable, and you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, we will organize free of charge the delivery of the desired product upon receipt of your return.

REFUNDS
PALEM will proceed to your refund within 14 days of receiving your package. Cash on delivery orders will be refund with store credit.
SINGAPORE
DELIVERY
In Singapore, PALEM parcels are shipped via UParcel.
The delivery is free beyond 230 SGD of purchases.
Below, delivery costs apply:
- 9 SGD for 48h delivery
- 15 SGD for same day delivery for all orders placed before noon.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item for an exchange or a refund, you have 14 days to do so from the receipt of your order.
